7-Eleven has upgraded its 7NOW app to include a subscription service for delivery. 7NOW Gold Pass allows users to pay a monthly fee and order as many times they want with no delivery fee. The system involves more than 3,000 of the company’s products for orders and a price of  $5.95 a month.

"Our 7NOW Gold Pass subscription delivery service brings convenience to a whole new level, giving our customers the ability to order what they want, when they want it – and now as often as they want without an added delivery fee," said Raghu Mahadevan, 7‑Eleven SVP and Chief Digital Officer.

The Gold Pass service can be experienced with no cost for the first 14 days and includes other perks for clients. They include the possibility of selecting a free product if the subtotal price of the order is at least $10. Members of 7Rewards, the loyalty program of the 7-Eleven app, can unlock double the rewards when they order delivery using the new service.

All items available for order through the 7NOW app will be available through the 7NOW Gold Pass throughout the U.S. The firm launched the platform in 2018 and has been introducing new services and benefits throughout the years. THe Gold Pass subscription fee is part of the company’s strategy of enhancing every customer experience both in and out of the store.
