Allsup's c-stores in Texas sold to Majors Management
Nine Texas Allsup's convenience stores locations will be rebranded after being sold to Major Management LLC, a Georgia-based company.
Majors Management LLC purchased nine Allsup's c-stores and is transiting them to Hop-In locations, reports The Eastern New Mexico News following a report by the Iowa Park Leader.
The locations to be rebranded would include Allsup's in Iowa Park, Vernon and Brownfield.
Majors Management, a Georgian company headquartered in Lawrenceville, is a multi-brand fuel distributor and convenicen store operator in 11 states throughout the Southeast, Midwest and Texas. With more than 400 c-stores, its goal is to become Chevron's largest distributor in the eastern half of the United States, according to the company.
Majors Management added 17 Shop "N" Fill c-stores to its portfolio after acquiring Bowden Oil Co. Inc. early August, reportes several media outlets.
Allsup's is headquartered in Clovis, Texas, and it owns 315 locations accross New Mexico and Texas.
