Aral pulse adds eight ultra-fast EV charging points near the German autobahn
Four new chargers at an Aral station in Iserlohn, near the A46, deliver up to 400 kW, adding as much as 300 km of range within ten minutes.
Aral pulse has started operating four new ultra-fast charging columns at the Aral service station at Dortmunder Straße 110 in Iserlohn, Germany, close to the A46 motorway. Each column has two charging points and delivers up to 400 kW.
Aral now runs more than 4,000 charging points at around 600 sites, which makes it one of Germany's largest fast-charging providers. In the 2026 Connect charging network test, it was named the country's best charge point operator for the fourth year in a row, with a "very good" rating. It also won test titles from Electricar and Vision Mobility.
"We want to be the first choice for our customers. Our ultra-fast charging offer is being very well received," said Alexander Junge, Aral's Board Member for E-Mobility.
Since 2024, Aral has been an official partner of the German automobile club ADAC and offers the ADAC e-Charge tariff in the Aral pulse app. Drivers can pay with the app, the Aral pulse charging card or other payment methods available at the chargers. The site also has lighting, restrooms, a REWE To Go shop and a car wash.
