Brew expands Iowa presence with major convenience store acquisition

The move positions Brew as one of the largest privately owned convenience store networks in the Midwest.

Brew has announced the acquisition of 13 convenience stores and one licensed vape and tobacco retailer from DANLEE Corporation. The deal includes former Jiffy and Phillips 66 locations across Central and Northwest Iowa, which will be rebranded as Brew stores in the coming months.

The newly acquired sites, located in communities such as Marshalltown, Indianola, Knoxville, Newton, and Spirit Lake, will feature BP Amoco premium fuel and Brew’s signature offerings, including specialty coffee, modern convenience items, and a customer rewards program.

“This acquisition represents a significant milestone in our growth and reinforces our commitment to serving Iowa residents with the best modern convenience store experience,” said Inder Singh, owner of Brew. Singh emphasized plans to invest in local communities and create jobs while maintaining trusted service.

The move positions Brew as one of the largest privately owned convenience store networks in the Midwest, complementing its existing portfolio of stores and TA Travel Center truck stops. The company has signaled further expansion, with additional properties already in development.
