Crystal Maggelet has been appointed Maverik’s new CEO
Executive was serving as interim chief executive officer since Chuck Maggelet retired in May.
Building on the achievements of former CEO Chuck Maggelet during his over seven-year tenure, Crystal will focus on enhancing the company's commitment to people, philanthropy, and culture.
She will lead nearly 15,000 team members across the family-owned convenience store network, which now serves customers at over 830 stores in 20 states, from the Midwest to the West Coast.
Crystal Maggelet's career includes significant experience with both the Maverik brand and its parent company, FJ Management Inc., where she serves as CEO and Chairwoman.
Her priorities as CEO will be continuing the integration of Kum & Go. Salt Lake City-based Maverik operates more than 400 convenience stores in addition to over 400 Kum & Go locations across over a dozen Midwest and Western states.
