Electrify America has opened its largest charging station to date at the Sand Lake Corners South shopping center in Orlando, Florida. The site features 24 DC fast chargers with speeds of up to 350 kW, all equipped with CCS connectors.

The station offers access to Interstate 4, Orlando International Airport and major attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, along with dining and shopping at the center. A 10-charger location in Orlando is also expected to open in the coming months.

“This new station in Orlando represents our continued commitment to bringing fast, reliable and convenient charging to Florida,” said Anthony Lambkin, VP of Operations at Electrify America.

Electrify America already operates more than 350 chargers at over 60 stations in Florida. In 2025, the state had the second-highest number of registered electric vehicles (EVs) in the US after California. Across North America, the company surpassed 5,600 chargers in 2025, and drivers completed more than 20 million charging sessions that year.

Although Electrify America expanded a NACS connector pilot to selected high-traffic sites in July, the Orlando station offers CCS connectors only. In June, the company opened a 20-bay station in Santa Barbara, California, combining 350 kW chargers with a 1.9 MW battery energy storage system.
