ENOC Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with logistics and transport group 7X to explore new digital, retail, and logistics solutions across key sectors of the United Arab Emirate’s (UAE) economy.

The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration aimed at supporting ENOC’s digital transformation strategy, with a focus on integrating advanced logistics, e‑commerce, and transport‑ready services into its existing retail and energy ecosystem. The partners will assess opportunities spanning quick commerce, convenience retail, auto parts distribution, and scalable dark‑store models.

A central element of the collaboration involves evaluating how 7X’s National Network for Logistics (NXN) services, such as out‑of‑home pickup and drop‑off points and smart locker solutions, could be deployed across ENOC’s footprint. The initiative is positioned to enhance last‑mile access and expand service options for consumers and businesses.

“By combining ENOC’s retail footprint and energy expertise with 7X’s advanced logistics and digital capabilities, we continue to improve the mobility journeys of our customers while creating more efficient operations for businesses across the country,” said Hussain Sultan Lootah, Group CEO of ENOC.

The partners will also explore aligning ENOC’s YES Loyalty programme with 7X’s platforms to deepen customer engagement across channels. In addition, the retailer will assess solutions to support mobile, secure, and automated refueling for fleets operated by 7X’s logistics arm, EMX, with the aim of improving operational efficiency.
