Fresh Stop is expanding its footprint in Texas after completing a private placement offering that raised approximately $13.2 million to fund the acquisition of four convenience stores. The offering, known as the Fresh Stop Texas DST, was sponsored by Madison Capital Group and was fully subscribed.

The newly acquired stores are located in Corpus Christi, Fort Worth and San Antonio. Following the transaction, Fresh Stop plans to rebrand the locations and carry out updates that include refreshed store layouts and revised merchandise assortments. The retailer is also evaluating the addition of further amenities and operational enhancements intended to support efficiency and customer experience improvements.

According to Madison Capital Group, the investment structure is designed to support technology‑enabled operations suited to high‑volume convenience retail while broadening revenue sources. The approach aims to combine predictable cash flows with exposure to growth opportunities within the convenience store sector.

Madison Capital Group said it has completed more than $6 billion in real estate transactions to date and focuses on tax‑advantaged investment strategies across multiple property types. Its platform emphasizes acquisitions supported by market analysis and long‑term partnerships.

The Texas expansion marks another step in Fresh Stop’s regional growth strategy as it continues to add and reposition assets within established convenience retail markets.
