Global Partners accelerates EV charger deployment
The company has equipped two fueling stations in New Hampshire with e-mobility services to boost clean-energy access.
Global Partners has unveiled its latest public charging locations in New Hampshire, as part of its plan to establish electric vehicle (EV) charging stations that address the increasing demand for e-mobility services.
Three chargers are now available at the Jiffy Mart in Lancaster, and another three at the Alltown Market in Peterborough, offering convenient charging options for EV owners. These additions enhance the diverse fueling options at Global’s fueling stations and convenience markets and represent the third and fourth company-owned EV fast-charging station, following successful launches in Massachusetts and New York.
“We’re committed to providing best-in-class fueling options for all of our guests, both today and tomorrow, and we are thrilled to bring this technology to Lancaster and Peterborough. These public, fast-charging stations are not only a convenient solution for EV owners, but they also promote sustainable transportation options,” said James Cater, Global Partners Senior Director of Sustainability Strategy and Innovation.
The company was awarded almost half million dollars in funding through the New Hampshire Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust DCFC Infrastructure program. As such, it is committed to enhancing EV charging accessibility across multiple states, with plans to expand its network by adding more locations by the end of the year.
Global currently owns, operates and/or supplies more than 1,700 retail locations across the Northeast states, the Mid-Atlantic, and Texas.
