GRIDSERVE heads on a solar-powered ice lolly stand tour
The charging point operator will showcase its new snack stand at several charging hubs across its electric highway.
GRIDSERVE will launch its new solar-powered ice lolly stand as part of a tour across several charging hubs over the next few weeks.
Developed and built by the experts at the company’s Technologies division, the stand features two freezer compartments kept cool by a battery that’s topped up by solar panels on the roof. Its striking green and lightning bolt design maintains the brand’s aesthetic and imagery.
Using technology that lets the company keep an eye on its chargers, the stand will also be tracked remotely to see how much sunlight is captured. This monitoring option will also encompass the state of charge and the freezer temperature – all in real-time.
GRIDSERVE will be fully stocked with ice lollies from Lickalix with four flavors on offer: natural cola, strawberry lemonade, citrus burst and raspberry mango.
