GRIDSERVE launches own charging app
The platform offers customers the option to locate charging stations and monitor their charging sessions in real time.
GRIDSERVE has launched its own app, designed to bring extra benefits and options for regular customers of the charging network.
Although all of the company’s locations are membership free and allow contactless payments, the GRIDSERVE EV charging app provides other features to offer a complete service. These include electric vehicle (EV) charger locator, real time monitoring with Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze support, and charging monitoring.
The app also automatically emails customers a receipt and charging summary after every session while storing their previous 10 charging sessions in each account.
To celebrate the launch, the company is offering a 20% discount on all charging sessions completed through the app during the summer. GRIDSERVE is currently working on more features to add to the platform in the near future, details of which are discussed in the FAQs of the company’s app homepage.
