Instacart and 7-Eleven launch on-demand delivery
7-Eleven becomes the first national convenience store chain to partner with Instacart.
Instacart moves into the convenience store market by partnering with retail giant 7-Eleven with on-demand delivery services.
7-Eleven delivery via Instacart is available a more than 750 stores across Florida, Texas, Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. From pantry staples like milk, bread and eggs, alcohol, snacks, and more, customers now have access to thousands of 7-Eleven convenience and grocery items via the Instacart marketplace.
“Today, we’re proud to welcome another iconic retailer and introduce our first ever national convenience store to the Instacart marketplace — 7-Eleven,” said the company in a press release.
The multi-phased launch will expand nationwide in the coming months, bringing same-day delivery from 7-Eleven via Instacart from over 7,000 7-Eleven stores to customers across the U.S.
