Leighton O’Brien appoints Chief Operating Officer
Patrick Ramsden’s executive management and IT strategy experience will further propel the company’s strategic growth plans in fuel data analytics technology.
Leading fuel analytics technology provider, Leighton O’Brien, has announced the appointment of Patrick Ramsden as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. He is also an Executive Director of the company.
Patrick Ramsden has more than 30 years’ experience in executive management and IT strategy, with a deep exposure to disruptive digital technologies.
“Patrick brings a wealth of executive and strategic IT experience that brings transformative change and innovation to companies that enable the achievement of strategic business objectives,” said Leighton O’Brien CEO Reed Leighton.
He joins Leighton O’Brien after two and a half years at Swinburne University of Technology as Chief Information Officer. During this time he transformed the IT department of the University from an order-taking service department to a trusted partner of the University’s teaching and research operations.
