Family Express will take over the Leo's Market & Eatery locations in suburban Indianapolis and Lafayette, Indiana, later in fall 2026. Leo's will keep running its Central Commissary and it will supply its signature kolaches from there to the transitioning stores and to Family Express' other 90 locations across the state.

The change lets Leo's focus on growing its food program and catering services as it plans to develop Leo's Eatery as a standalone, food-focused concept.

"This isn't the end of the Leo's story. It's an opportunity to take what our customers helped us build and write the next chapter," said Stephanie White-Longworth, Owner and President of Leo's. "Our kitchen will keep cooking, our kolaches will keep baking, and our team will keep finding new ways to share Leo's with even more people."

Gus Olympidis, President and CEO of Family Express, said: "As two Indiana-founded companies with a shared commitment to quality, service and community, we look forward to working together through this transition and introducing Leo's signature food offerings to even more customers across Indiana."

White-Longworth and Keith White founded Leo's in 2019. The business is known for its in-house chef, made-to-order items and kolaches. Family Express was founded in 1975 in Valparaiso and runs more than 90 stores in Northwest and Central Indiana.
