Love’s upgrades loyalty program with expanded rewards and mobile access
Revamped scheme lets all drivers earn and redeem points on fuel and in‑store purchases across the company’s nationwide network.
Love’s Travel Stops has launched a major update to its Love’s Rewards loyalty program, introducing a unified system that allows both professional and casual drivers to earn and redeem points on fuel and merchandise across more than 600 travel centers and country stores in the United States.
As part of the nationwide rollout, all members will receive a 100‑point bonus the first time they scan their rewards in‑store beginning March 1. The promotion runs through September 30, 2026, and points can be redeemed like cash on future purchases.
The company said the upgrade is designed to provide more consistent value for drivers at every stop, regardless of how often they use Love’s services. “Love’s Rewards is a reimagining of how loyalty is rewarded on the road,” said Patrick McLean, chief marketing officer at Love’s. “Drivers today expect more than a place to stop – they expect value and consistency wherever the road takes them. Our goal is to be the first stop drivers think of and the one they choose every time.”
Under the new structure, casual drivers continue to receive fuel discounts and drink‑club benefits, while now earning points on gasoline, auto diesel and in‑store purchases, with additional points on branded food and products. Professional drivers retain core benefits such as shower credits and best‑offer pricing, but will also earn higher point totals on merchandise and branded items.
Love’s said the overhaul reflects its broader effort to expand digital engagement and enhance the customer experience across its travel‑stop network.
