Lula Commerce partners with Fast Lane Convenience Stores on delivery
Lula's platform consolidates marketplace and direct orders into a single system, with centrally managed menus and consistent pricing across channels.
Lula Commerce, a digital commerce platform for convenience retail, has partnered with Fast Lane Convenience Stores, the retail arm of Corrigan Oil Company, to launch and manage third-party delivery alongside a branded first-party ordering channel.
Under the deal, Lula will oversee Fast Lane's presence across DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub, while also powering a Fast Lane-branded storefront through Lula Direct. The aim is to widen customer choice without adding operational strain on store teams.
Corrigan Oil, family-owned since 1958 and now led by Mike and Tim Corrigan, operates 12 locations across Michigan, Indiana and Ohio and runs a fleet of more than 400 vehicles. Its Fast Lane stores offer fuel, fresh food and everyday essentials.
"Partnering with Lula lets us expand that convenience beyond our four walls, with delivery through the major marketplaces and a Fast Lane-owned ordering experience through Lula Direct," said Kraig Elliott, President of Fast Lane Convenience Stores.
Lula's platform consolidates marketplace and direct orders into a single system, with centrally managed menus and consistent pricing across channels. The company also handles uptime monitoring, refund disputes and review responses through AI-powered tools, alongside built-in performance reporting.
The partnership reflects a wider trend among fuel-forward convenience operators investing in both marketplace and owned digital ordering channels to build customer loyalty.
