LV Petroleum grows travel center network with acquisitions
The retailer has added TravelCenters of America locations in Texas and Oklahoma while continuing to grow its quick-service restaurant portfolio across several U.S. markets.
LV Petroleum has expanded its network through the acquisition of two TravelCenters of America locations in Texas and Oklahoma, while also growing its foodservice operations with new restaurant openings.
On August 11, the company opened a TA Express travel center in Rosenberg, Texas. It later acquired a TA TravelCenter in Coffeyville, Oklahoma, on August 25. The two additions strengthen LV Petroleum's footprint in the travel center sector and expand its presence in key transportation corridors.
“These acquisitions are about building a stronger network one market at a time,” said Kris Roach, president and CEO of LV Petroleum. “Rosenberg and Coffeyville give us two more opportunities to bring dependable service and long-term investment to the people who rely on these locations every day.”
Alongside the expansion of its fuel retail operations, the company continued to invest in foodservice offerings across its portfolio. It recently marked the opening of a Sbarro restaurant in Hillsboro, Texas, with a community event and also launched its 12th Bojangles location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The new Bojangles restaurant, located on Flamingo Road near the Rio Hotel & Casino, further expands the operator's partnership with the quick-service restaurant brand and adds to its growing multi-unit restaurant portfolio.
