Mammoth Holdings adds six car wash sites with Lulu’s acquisition

Mammoth expands its portfolio with the acquisition of six car wash sites in Georgia and South Carolina.

Mammoth Holdings has acquired Lulu's Express, a six-unit express conveyor car wash operator in Georgia and South Carolina. 

Lulu's founders, Carlos Marban and Robert Black, made significant equity investments in Atlanta-based Mammoth.

"Lulu's is a leading car wash provider in its market, and we are looking forward to continuing to develop this region to better serve our customers,” said Gary Dennis, Mammoth's co-founder and CEO
