NIS Petrol and Gazprom service stations in Serbia have expanded their self-service checkout equipment at 39 retail locations across Serbia.

The move is part of its commitment to enhance the customer experience and stay up to date with modern retail trends. After introducing its first self-service checkout last year, this positioned NIS as the first company in the local sector to offer self-service payment options.

Recently, the service has expanded to the regional market, with the first self-service fuel payment checkout in Bosnia and Herzegovina now available at a Gazprom station.

These checkouts provide a secure, fast, and convenient payment experience, supporting instant transactions via payment cards and NIS-issued cards.  Customers can also collect loyalty points through the "Sa nama na putu" (On the Road with Us) program and access benefits using Taxi and Agro cards.

Beyond fuel purchases, customers can use the self-service checkouts to buy products from the station's convenience store by simply scanning the barcode at the checkout.

All self-service checkouts at NIS Petrol and Gazprom stations allow consumers to issue invoices with customer identification.
