Nisa has appointed Taranjit Singh Dhillon as its new Head of Retail, to accelerate and deliver against the business’ strategy.

Taranjit joins Katie Secretan’s Retail & Sales Leadership Team and will be responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s retail strategy, across the diverse network of customer stores.  With 20 years in retail, he brings a deep understanding of the independent convenience market and franchising, and will double down on Nisa’s retailer-centric approach.

Taranjit joins from One Stop where he was responsible for overseeing a network of 350 franchisees, working with retail teams to optimize store layouts and implementing a strategy to maximize revenue and profitability. Prior to One Stop, he held senior roles at Lidl and PepsiCo.

"This is an exciting time for independent retailing and I’m delighted to be joining Katie and the dynamic team at Nisa. I look forward to using my experience to enhance our proposition, help drive recruitment, and continue delivering value for our retailers,” said Taranjit Singh Dhillon.

The new appointment comes as Director of Retail & Sales Katie Secretan bolsters her teams to help deliver Nisa’s growth plans set out at the start of 2024, with further appointments to follow later.
