ORLEN launches monthly car wash subscription in Czechia
Drivers can get up to eight washes a month for roughly the price of two at 130 stations, managed through the Mycí digi linka app.
ORLEN has launched a monthly car wash subscription at 130 participating stations in the Czech Republic. Customers set it up and manage it in the Mycí digi linka app, and are able to get up to eight washes a month for about the price of two single visits.
The launch follows an Ipsos survey commissioned by ORLEN, which found that more than four in ten drivers wash their cars only or mostly at fuel stations. The company has offered digital car wash services since 2018 and, according to its technology partner, the app had almost 140,000 registered users by the end of September.
In the first half of 2026, customers ordered nearly 60,000 washes digitally, about 10% more than a year earlier.
“Our survey confirms that car washes at fuel stations have their regular customers. With the subscription, we want to make it easier for them to look after their car and offer another way to pay for our services,” said Rostislav Moravec, Director of the ORLEN fuel station network.
ORLEN is also introducing a common standard, ORLEN Protect Wash, which covers wash quality, paint protection and customer safety. The washes use gentle technology and offer UV-protective treatment and underbody cleaning to remove road salt. They also recycle up to 85% of the water used.
