Pilot has launched “Pilot eats,” a new proprietary food brand designed to strengthen consistency and elevate food quality across its network of travel centers in North America. The rollout marks a strategic step in the company’s effort to offer reliable meals for travelers and professional drivers while modernizing its foodservice identity.

The initiative is built around two concepts: “Pilot eats” for full hot‑food service and “Pilot eats Express” for streamlined grab‑and‑go options. The company is integrating both formats into a broader effort to create dependable, portable meals that meet the expectations of today’s mobility and convenience customers.

According to Sean Marrero, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at Pilot, the goal is to meet the needs of drivers who depend on accessible, high‑quality meals during long journeys. “A meal on the road isn’t just a break, it’s fuel for the next five, ten or few hundred miles,” he said, noting the company’s commitment to offering food that is “as portable as it is premium.”

The retailer began the transformation this month with the first updated locations in Chicopee, Massachusetts, and Ponce de Leon, Florida. Additional sites will follow through a phased rollout that includes refreshed packaging and signage expected to appear in spring 2026.

With this launch, the company is signaling a long‑term strategy to strengthen its foodservice positioning and respond to shifting expectations in the mobility and travel‑center landscape.
