Shell Poland has unveiled its latest SmartPay solution so that drivers and fleet managers can save time while refuelling at service stations. The platform lets customers who have a Shell Card pay through their mobile devices without having the need to leave their vehicles or present their cards.

The SmartPay service is also integrated with the oil company’s ClubSmart application, where you can search for Shell stations in your area, collect points and receive special offers.

“We want to surprise our customers with new solutions tailored to their needs. Professional drivers, because of the need to ensure continuous deliveries, often have to do their job irrespective of restrictions or the economic situation, so we do everything to make their work easier and safer,” said Łukasz Klamka, Head of Fleet Solutions for Shell Poland.

The Shell Card is dedicated to all fleets, regardless of their size. It is accepted at over 38,000 Shell stations and partner stations in Europe, and in Poland at over 950 points: Shell and Lotos. In addition to mobile cashless payment for fuel, the card offers other solutions such as paying for driving on roads, tunnels and bridges. In addition, thanks to the partnership with TRAVIS, carriers can book services such as parking, washing and repair of trucks and tanks, which are paid for with the fuel card.

Fleet managers can use the Shell Fleet Hub online platform to monitor expenditure and fuel consumption, generate reports and set limits. They can also claim VAT and excise duty from 31 countries.
