Q8 sells part of Fuel Iberia to Avia, owned by Esergui

Esergui, a company which operates under the brand Avia, has bought from Kuwait Petroleum (Q8) part of the fuel distribution business Fuel Iberia, according to a report by Europa Press published May 8.

The part of Fuel Iberia bought by Esergui is the one which owns a distribution network for diesel.

The price paid was 3.2 million euros. The buyer said it plans to more than double the fuel volumes being distributed in the medium-term.
