Revel to deploy 136 public EV chargers in New York
The company will develop and open five new public EV fast charging stations including its largest e-mobility hub.
Revel, a Brooklyn-based electric mobility and infrastructure company, announced the development and opening of five new electric vehicle (EV) fast charging superhubs in New York City.
These new locations will add 136 public charging stalls to the city’s EV infrastructure landscape. The sites will be equipped with ultrafast charging capable of powering an EV in 10-20 minutes.
Revel’s five new Superhubs are:
- 60 chargers in Maspeth, Queens
- 30 chargers in Port Morris, The Bronx
- 20 chargers in Red Hook, Brooklyn
- 16 chargers at the historic Dime building in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn
- 10 chargers at Pier 36 on the Lower East Side of Manhattan
The Maspeth, Port Morris, South Williamsburg and Lower East Side sites will open to the public by the end of 2023, while the Red Hook site will open in 2024.

Revel’s Maspeth Superhub will be its largest public, universally accessible fast charging station, situated on a high-traffic corridor for light-and heavy-duty vehicles, especially those servicing the transportation, delivery and freight sectors.
