Rolande, Hoyer sign cross-card acceptance for NGV stations
The partnership will expand the possibilities of LNG/CNG refuelling for heavy haulage in Germany and neighbouring countries.
Rolande, the Dutch pioneer and market leader for LNG and bio-LNG related infrastructure, and Hoyer have signed a cross-card acceptance agreement that will allow drivers to pay at Rolande stations using the HoyerCard.Europe and vice versa.
The aim of this partnership is to further expand the possibilities of LNG/CNG refuelling for heavy haulage across Europe, and in particular in all of Germany and neighbouring countries, according to a company press release.
Rolande opened its first LNG station in Germany in 2020 in Ulm and the Hoyer Group in 2020 in Soltau.
By now, Rolande operates four stations in Germany and another 10 are to be added by the end of the year. A maximum of 24 Rolande stations will be added to the network in 2022, says the company.
Numerous further LNG filling possibilities at select Hoyer stations will be added to the network in the near term, according to the group.
