Sanlam Maroc, TotalEnergies partner to expand mobility services

Agreement focuses on integrating insurance, assistance and forecourt services to enhance customer experience.

Sanlam Maroc and TotalEnergies have announced a strategic partnership aimed at integrating mobility and customer services in Morocco. The agreement brings together insurance, roadside assistance and fuel retail services to create more connected customer journeys across both companies’ ecosystems.

The collaboration is designed to introduce combined solutions that link Sanlam’s insurance and assistance offerings with TotalEnergies’ service station network. The partners plan to gradually roll out integrated services that extend from the forecourt to post-incident support, aligning mobility needs with insurance-related interactions.

A key focus of the initiative is enhancing the customer experience through more seamless and complementary touchpoints. This includes combining on-site services at TotalEnergies stations with support during automotive incidents managed by Sanlam, aiming to deliver more consistent and accessible service across different stages of the customer lifecycle.

The partnership reflects a broader trend in mobility and retail sectors toward bundling services to meet evolving consumer expectations. By bringing together financial and energy services, both companies are seeking to create added value through convenience, connectivity and service integration.
