Scotland: EG Group opens new service station at Peterhead
The new site aims to satisfy the needs of drivers travelling in and around the area through the A90 road.
EG Group has opened a new Shell service station and Spar convenience store on the A90 road at the Buchan Gateway Retail Park in Peterhead. It will serve local drivers and shoppers of the city located in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
“We are delighted to open a Spar store on the outskirts of Peterhead. The store is ideally located for people travelling in and around the area. We are broadening our reach and distribution around Scotland, and we will continue to grow the business and explore new opportunities," said Mike Leonard, Sales Director for Spar Scotland.
The forecourt is equipped with 10 lanes with dedicated parking for shoppers and the new 24/7 Spar convenience store with over 3,000 sqft and an external ATM. It also offers free Wi-Fi, lottery tickets, PayPoint services and has a wide options of food-to-go products available for clients with a drive-thru Starbucks included.
