SOCAR opens 60th petrol station in Romania

The Azerbaijani oil company continues to expand its fuel retailing business in Romania.

Azerbaijan's State Oil Company (SOCAR) has opened a new service station in Romania, bringing the total number of sites to 60, Azertag reported.

The new station opened in Bihor region on the border of Romania and Hungary. SOCAR has now opened 16 stations in the country this year.

The station offers gasoline, diesel fuel and Adblue and a host of convenience products at the Nar cafe in the area.

SOCAR operates in Romania through SOCAR Petroleum SA, established in 2011, and owns SOCAR- branded petrol stations in 24 regions of Romania.
