Super Star Car Wash is upgrading its operational infrastructure across 118 locations in the United States, with a full rollout of a next-generation management platform scheduled through 2026. The initiative aims to improve site performance, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience.

The upgrade introduces a cloud-based system designed to provide real-time visibility across the company’s network, supporting more than 1,000 employees and over 550,000 members. The new platform enables faster transactions, integrated marketing capabilities, and improved data insights, allowing more efficient management of both customer relationships and site operations.

The deployment is being carried out in partnership with DRB, a Vontier company, marking one of the largest technology transformations currently underway in the car wash industry.

“This upgrade is about more than technology — it's about building a better experience for our guests and our teams,” said Chad Gretzema, CEO of Super Star Car Wash. “With DRB’s Patheon, we're not just solving today's challenges; we're building the foundation for tomorrow's innovation.”

Super Star’s decision follows an internal review of its technology needs as the company continues to expand across Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas. The transition will take place in phases, with conversions carried out across existing locations while maintaining daily operations.
