AVIA member companies are in the process of further expanding the geographic network of hydrogen filling stations in Switzerland.
European petrol station operator AVIA continues expanding the hydrogen filling infrastructure in Switzerland with the opening of the first commercial hydrogen filling station in the canton of Zürich. It is located on the LARAG AG site in Rümlang, an economically central and highly frequented route.
AVIA member companies are in the process of further expanding the geographic network of hydrogen filling stations in Switzerland, announced builder of the Rümlang station, Armin Schnellmann from Osterwalder Zürich AG, an AVIA member company.
“As a founding member of the H2 Mobility Switzerland Association, the AVIA Association is convinced that hydrogen will play a key role as an energy source for mobility in the future,” says Managing Director of the AVIA Association, Patrick Staubli.
Further projects are being planned, because green hydrogen is the way to independent and ecological electric mobility,” Staubli added.
