Tank & Rast continues coffee expansion with two new Starbucks outlets
Cooperation between both companies remains strong as there are currently 10 coffee locations across the operator’s network.
Two Tank & Rast service stations on major traffic routes in Germany will have one Starbucks outlet each.
The first one is currently in operation at the Aurach Süd service area, and another at the Greding Ost service area will be opened in December. With the expansion of the brand partnership, the company now offers Starbucks coffee at 10 locations across its service station network.
The new location at the Aurach Süd service area on the A3 near Erlangen features its own seating area with terrace and a modern counter. Intricate wooden elements on the walls give the interior’s eight seats a cozy atmosphere, alongside a further 50 seats available on the adjoining covered terrace.
In December, guests at the Greding Ost service area on the A9 in the direction of Nuremberg can also look forward to hot coffee and tea drinks as well as snack variations from the Starbucks brand. The store has been directly integrated as a coffee counter, with a seating area with design elements made of oak wood and brass at eight seats and a further 50 seating options in the guest area.
