Retailers Thorntons and ampm will revamp its marketing campaigns throughout their network of over 1,350 stores. By partnering with retail services provider GSP, both brands will benefit from the supplier’s POP tool at their respective footprints.

The association involves providing store-specific kits from a multi-plant network, designed to support large national marketing programs.

“GSP has provided the Thorntons team with robust account management and execution for nearly a decade. Thanks to their nationwide network of facilities and the strength of their Account support team, Thorntons was eager to share the success that came of that partnership with our new colleagues at ampm and the parent company, bp,” said Amy Nicholson, Senior Manager of Digital and Loyalty Marketing at Thorntons.

GSP is also known for its cloud-based retail intelligence platform, AccuStore. The tool supports the full retail marketing process from building and maintaining store profiles to determining accurate distributions for in-store marketing campaigns and the complete retail marketing processes in between.

The new partnership comes after bp announced their expansion plans for the ampm brand across the U.S. East Coast. Some weeks ago, the firm opened its first branded convenience store in New York City, expanding the seventh largest chain from its West Coast roots. Located in the Bronx, the shop features the oil company’s branding throughout the fuel experience and its food menu, including a hot deli and grocery with fresh fruit and extensive dry goods.
