TSG acquires UK grid connection specialist Network Power Connections

The European forecourt and EV infrastructure group adds NERS-accredited grid expertise to build out its turnkey electrical offer in the UK.

TSG has acquired Network Power Connections (NPC), an Independent Connection Provider (ICP) based in Worcester, England. The deal strengthens the group's grid connection capabilities in the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed.

NPC is NERS-accredited and designs and delivers new and upgraded electrical infrastructure across the UK. Its customers include commercial and industrial projects, logistics warehouses and EV charging hubs. The company has its own design, project management, civil engineering and connection teams.

The acquisition lets TSG support customers from the grid connection point through to downstream electrical infrastructure. That step is increasingly critical for complex electrification projects such as high-power charging hubs. NPC will also work alongside Skerritt Electrical, TSG's existing UK business. Together they can offer combined packages covering grid connections, high- and low-voltage infrastructure, EV charging, solar and battery storage.

"NPC brings recognized expertise in grid connection, NERS-certified skills and experienced teams capable of delivering complex projects across the country," said Jean-Marc Bianchi, CEO of TSG.

The deal also widens TSG's footprint in England and its position in the UK's independent connections market. It opens new opportunities in battery storage and solar.

TSG is headquartered in Le Plessis-Robinson, near Paris. It has completed more than 50 acquisitions in under four years across nearly 20 countries. The group employs over 7,000 people in 30 countries and reported revenue of more than €1.4 billion at the end of April 2026.
