USA: Couche-Tard to acquire 35 Porter’s sites in Oregon, Western Washington
The transaction includes convenience and fuel retail sites, and is expected to be completed in the second half of September 2021. Financial details were not disclosed.
Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. will acquire 35 fuel and convenience retail sites currently operated under the Porter’s brand and located predominately in Oregon and Western Washington. Closing of the transaction for an undisclosed amount is expected to be completed in the second half of September 2021, according to a press release.
Couche-Tard announced that it is moving forward with a binding agreement for the acquisition of Porter’s convenience and fuel retail sites from ARS Fresno LLC and certain affiliated companies.
