USA: H&S Energy welcomes online ordering and delivery
The California-based retailer has signed a partnership with Vroom Delivery to offer products across its network of 130 stores via ordering or home delivery.
H&S Energy has signed a partnership with Vroom Delivery to launch its proprietary online ordering and home delivery. A total of 130 of its Power Market, Circle K, Food Mart and Extra Mile locations will offer their products to nearly 10 million consumers across the state of California.
Orders can be placed through its mobile app, website and social media, all of the single items in each store are offered online. This was accomplished by integrating both companies’ back offices, which update each location’s menu via real-time pricing and inventory. The system automatically adds or removes items offered online based on H&S Energy’s in-store availability.
“We are always looking for ways to keep our customers happy, satisfied and safe. Now, with the new delivery elements implemented at all our locations, our customers can satisfy their cravings at any time without leaving their homes,” said Sal Hassan, CEO of H&S Energy Products in a press release published by the CStore Decisions news site.
“By ordering through H&S Energy’s app and website, consumers will quickly realize that not only are there many more products available than on most third party platforms, but that the individual items are cheaper than on those platforms. There are also no hidden fees or service fees like on many other platforms,” added John Nelson, CEO of Vroom Delivery.
H&S Energy plans to add more stores to the initiative while continuing to expand its retail base in the region. The company expects to have up to 200 stores online thanks to the Vroom partnership by the end of the year.
