USA: Kwik Trip implements new mobile ordering service
The retailer has added carryout, curbside pickup and delivery services through its Kwik Rewards app.
Kwik Trip has completed the implementation of its full delivery services through its mobile app. Customers can now make use of its carryout, curbside pickup and delivery services available at all Kwik Trip and Kwik Star locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and future locations built.
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer these services, providing new avenues for our guests to be able to enjoy our many offerings. We want to thank the many individuals that put in the work to help bring this endeavor to life, and we’re excited to be able to showcase the Kwik Trip standards of excellence within these new avenues,” said David Jackson, Loyalty and Digital Marketing Manager at Kwik Trip.
This adds up to the Kwik Rewards app existing food service program, which lets guests order their favourites menu through the platform. Customers can order ahead by choosing the store that is most convenient for them and to enjoy the products as soon as they arrive.
Carryout pickup lets them find their orders waiting on their way at a special rack in the store while curbside pickup is a brand-new addition that lets guests place an order that will be delivered to them in the parking lot while they stay on their vehicles.
In addition to all the new options for customers, Kwik Trip has launched a delivery service powered by a preferred partnership with DoorDash. According to a news report by Winona Daily News, users of the Kwik Rewards app can place an order that will be delivered by a driver from the service by picking it up at the Kwik Trip location of choice.
