USA: Majors acquires Regal Oil c-stores and dealer supply assets

The deal includes 14 locations and dealer supply accounts from Regal Oil, increasing Majors' existing presence in Texas and across central US to Kansas.

Majors Management, a rapidly growing leader in the U.S. convenience store industry, has acquired 14 convenience stores and numerous dealer supply accounts from Regal Oil. The Regal portfolio increases Majors' existing presence in Texas and expands the company's footprint throughout the central United States to Kansas.

"We are very excited to expand our retail presence in west Texas with the Regal locations and to extend our multi-state supply network with this acquisition," said Majors' President, Ben Smith.

This is the 8th transaction for Majors in the last 16 months. In 2020, Majors also acquired the retail fuel distribution business of The McPherson Companies adding nearly 200 retail fuel supply contracts to Majors' supply network. Majors anticipates closing on several additional acquisitions in 2020 and 2021.

Headquartered in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Majors Management LLC and its affiliates supplies fuel to nearly 800 convenience store locations. Its current markets include Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Mississippi, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
