USA: Quicklee’s opens second store in Fairport after DiPrima’s Mobil acquisition
With the brand’s third purchase in 2022, the number of stores operated by the retailer increased up to 26.
Quicklee’s Convenience Stores has announced the purchase of DiPrima’s Mobil store located in Fairport, New York. With its opening, the chain now operates two locations in the Fairport area after its first inauguration back in 2019. This marks the 3rd store acquisition by Quicklee’s in 2022, which brings the total number of sites operated by the chain to 26.
“Fairport is a unique place, full of history, pride and an active community focused on making it a great place to live and work. Now with a second location in the area, we are doubly committed to the community and focused on providing exceptional service the area deserves,” said Ken Perelli, Quicklee’s Vice President and COO.
Quicklee’s first location in the area was opened back in 2019 and now, after a major rebuild, it also houses a Calabrasella’s Deli. Its second store already offered customers a wide range of craft beers, which the company intends to keep as part of its menu.
“This really is a one-of-a-kind location. The DiPrima family worked hard to create a unique craft brew selection and customer buying experience, and we intend to bring that same level of service and focus on creating the best experience possible as this new location becomes a part of the Quicklee’s family,” added Brian Mongi, Quicklee’s General Manager.
Apart from its current products offer, the retailer will also provide access to other franchises and services. These include Dunkin’ Donuts brand and convenience store staples for the community.
