Westfalen Group and parcel locker operator myflexbox have partnered to expand open-access parcel delivery infrastructure across Germany, turning fuel retail locations into multi-service hubs for parcel collection, returns and shipping.

The companies have already installed 19 parcel lockers at Westfalen locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Hesse. A further 10 sites are currently being developed as part of the rollout.

“Our customers’ needs are constantly changing. That’s why we’re consistently transforming our gas stations into modern mobility hubs and continuously adapting our offerings,” said Christin Liesenjohann, Head of Convenience Retail & Services at Westfalen.

The initiative allows customers to collect, send and return parcels around the clock while combining these tasks with existing journeys. The model is designed to integrate parcel services into everyday travel patterns, making use of locations that already attract regular visitor traffic.
