YPF has completed the acquisition of Hidrocarburos del Norte’s stake in Refinor, gaining full ownership of the company, which operates across the fuel and gas transportation and distribution value chain in northern Argentina.

With this transaction, YPF now controls 100% of Refinor’s shares, which will continue to operate as part of the YPF Group. The acquisition ensures full control of the pipeline connecting YPF’s dispatch terminal in Montecristo (Córdoba) with Refinor’s hub in Banda del Río Salí (Tucumán), a move that will optimize fuel logistics and supply throughout the country’s northwestern region (NOA).

Refinor also manages a network of more than 70 service stations across the provinces of Tucumán, Salta, Santiago del Estero, La Rioja, Jujuy, Catamarca, and Chaco.

Hidrocarburos del Norte, part of the Grupo Integra business conglomerate, previously held a 50% stake in Refinor. Grupo Integra operates in several strategic sectors in Argentina, including energy, mining, agribusiness, and financial services.
