Zips Car Wash completes restructuring and appoints new CEO
Company reduces debt, gains liquidity, and names seasoned industry executive Pete Nani to lead next phase of growth.
Zips Car Wash has successfully emerged from its financial restructuring, completing its Chapter 11 process following court approval of its Plan of Reorganization.
As part of its restructuring, the company has reduced its debt load and secured access to new liquidity through a revolving credit facility, providing critical financial flexibility for future expansion. Zips will continue operations without any disruption to services, pricing, or customer benefits—including its Unlimited Wash Club, which remains unchanged.
In tandem with its emergence, the company also announced the appointment of Pete Nani as Chief Executive Officer. A respected leader with more than 30 years of experience in the car wash industry, Nani has held executive roles at major brands such as Mister Car Wash, Wash Depot Holdings, and most recently served as CEO of Clean Freak and Rainstorm Car Wash, both owned by Circle K.
Zipsnow operates under the ownership of a consortium of its existing institutional investors, who have reaffirmed their support for the company’s long-term strategy.
