Logistadis is the new distributor for Cepsa's convenience stores in Spain
The company will distribute products to more than 900 stores in Cepsa service stations in Spain.
Logistadis, the wholesale distribution subsidiary of the Logista Group in Spain, has reached an agreement with Cepsa for the distribution and supply of a wide range of product for Cepsa’s convenience stores.
This integral model of distribution to Cepsa includes central purchasing services, stock and supply management, storage, automatic reception of orders, order preparation, consolidation and delivery, management of financial flows and information management, as well as after-sales service.
The agreement has been signed for 3 years and will help to further develop the franchise model that Cepsa wants to follow. Currently, the deal extends to some 900 points of sale and remains open to the incorporation of new service stations.
The Logista Group thus becomes the distributor to Cepsa's service stations in Spain and Portugal, where MidSid, the group's wholesale distribution subsidiary for convenience products in Portugal, had already been providing service to Cepsa.
