Costa Coffee arriving at ENOC’s UAE stores
16 ZOOM locations will offer freshly prepared Costa Coffee beverages in the UAE.
Emirates Leisure Retail, the master franchisee of Costa Coffee in the UAE, has announced a new two‑year partnership with ENOC Group to introduce Costa’s “We’re Serving Costa Coffee” concept across selected ZOOM convenience stores. The collaboration aims to meet growing demand for higher‑quality, on‑the‑go coffee as consumer habits continue to shift toward faster, more convenient service formats.
Under the agreement, 16 ZOOM locations will offer freshly prepared Costa Coffee beverages, marking a strategic move to merge Costa’s established coffee expertise with ENOC’s extensive network of service stations. Both companies say the arrangement is designed to ensure consistent drink quality and shorter waiting times for customers travelling through high‑traffic sites.
Tyrone Reid, Group CEO of MMI & ELR, said the partnership creates “new opportunities” to broaden access to premium coffee options across the UAE.
Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting Group CEO of ENOC Group, said the initiative aligns with ENOC’s wider efforts to upgrade its retail experience, describing the rollout as a step toward offering greater choice and convenience for regular customers of ZOOM stores.
The companies indicated the alliance could extend further, with potential for both staffed counters and self‑serve Costa Coffee solutions across ENOC’s wider retail network.
