ARKO Corp names Galagher Jeff as new CFO

Jeff brings decades of experience in finance and strategy, having previously served as CFO at Murphy USA.

U.S. convenience and mobility player ARKO Corp has appointed Galagher Jeff as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The Fortune 500 company, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, announced the move as part of its ongoing multi-year transformation strategy.

Jeff brings decades of experience in finance and strategy, having previously served as CFO at Murphy USA, a Fortune 200 fuel retailer. His career spans senior roles at Dollar Tree, Advance Auto Parts, and Walmart, alongside consulting positions at KPMG and Ernst & Young.

The appointment follows a period of transition led by interim CFO Jordan Mann. ARKO’s leadership emphasized Jeff’s retail and convenience store expertise as critical to driving growth and shareholder value amid industry challenges, including fluctuating fuel prices and evolving consumer habits.

Jeff said he sees “tremendous opportunity” for ARKO as it pursues channel optimization and organic growth initiatives. The company operates thousands of convenience stores across the U.S. and ranks among the top fuel wholesalers nationally.

ARKO Corp operates over 1,500 company-owned convenience stores and supplies fuel to more than 1,900 dealer locations, with a total network of around 3,600 sites across 33 states.
