ChargePoint announces leadership and Board appointments

Mansi Khetani, Ash Chowdappa, and Mitesh Dhruv have been welcomed to their new positions to continue accelerating the company’s position in the EV market.

ChargePoint has announced the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Development Officer for Software, and a new member of the Board of Directors. 

Mansi Khetani has been appointed CFO, after joining the company in 2018,she has previously led Financial Planning and Analysis efforts before becoming interim CFO in November 2023. Khetani has experience spanning financial planning, corporate development, M&A, and investment banking.

In addition, Ash Chowdappa has joined ChargePoint as Chief Development Officer for Software, where he will lead the Software team across all regions, products, and segments. Chowdappa is a seasoned technology veteran that has been in customer and field facing business leadership roles for nearly 25 years with a track record of formulating product strategy from inception to launch.

Furthermore, Mitesh Dhruv has joined the company’s Board and will serve as a member of the Audit Committee. Dhruv has close to 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, including a career on Wall Street as an equity analyst.
