The best of both worlds - for a perfect wash result

Our hybrid wash system combines the advantages of touchless wash with the intensive cleaning of a mechanical brush wash. State-of-the-art high-pressure technology and specially formulated cleaning chemicals gently remove even stubborn dirt. Textile or foam brushes then ensure thorough, shiny cleaning of the vehicle surface – all in one wash system.

How does it work?

With touchless washing, heavy dirt such as salt, insect residue or rim dirt is removed with the aid of high pressure and special chemicals. The great advantage of this touchless process is that the both the paintwork and sensitive add-on parts are protected.

For even more thorough cleaning ,the mechanical brush wash can be activated as an option. Soft textile or foam brushes clean the vehicle surface particularly thoroughly and reliably remove road dust, dirt films and other residues that cannot be completely removed with chemicals and high pressure alone. This gives the vehicle a perfectly clean and shiny finish – just as the operator or customer wants. In addition, after-treatment can be carried out using wax, a drying aid or special gloss programmes.

It is highly effective at removing various types of dirt, such as road dust, insects, salt and stubborn stains, leaving your vehicle clean and shiny in no time at all.

High-end quality and speed

The active foam with upstream fan nozzles ensures thorough pre-cleaning that efficiently removes dirt and dust.

On the lateral high-pressure version, you can choose between oscillating (moving nozzles), fixed OSCIJET nozzles or a special extension for SUVs and vans. Brush wash and wheel wash are in the same overflow. This shortens the duration of the programme, which enables up to 30 % more turnover and revenue. More vehicles can be washed in less time, which significantly increases profits.

The rapid wash equipment allows for a short programme: One washing process is carried out in the forward cycle and one drying process in the backward cycle. This system is ideal for customers who are in a hurry but don't want to compromise on cleanliness. The system offers maximum flexibility in defining up to 20 individual wash programmes according to customer requirements.

The swivelling SILENT horizontal blower with 2 x 4.0-kW output provides quiet, stress-free and efficient drying thanks to its swivel angle of 60° at the front and rear. Two lateral blowers, each with 4.0 kW, ensure fast and even drying results on all sides of the vehicle. Optionally, the wash system can be equipped with an additional blower with 2 x 3.0 kW to ensure maximum drying capacity even when customer volume is high.

The foam is applied quickly across the entire width of the vehicle and is illuminated from the rear by an LED strip light. A drip tray prevents subsequent dripping and ensures sparkling drying results.

PROTECT SHINE XPRESS

Special wax programme without capacity loss

The special wax programme PROTECT SHINE ensures long-term preservation with a repair effect and gives the vehicle a brilliant diamond shine.

The paint is protected from the weather for a long time. Thanks to special machine technology, the wax is applied over a large area using fan nozzles without overflows or drying in between and is clearly noticeable to the customer during the wash process.

TOUCHLESS WASH

The TOUCHLESS wash ensures a clean car even without the use of brushes and is therefore suitable for all vehicle shapes.

It appeals to customer groups who have previously washed their vehicles at self-service wash systems or manually.

Residues from the road or environmental influences such as sand or salt are also gently removed without damaging the paint or sensitive vehicle parts. The cleaning process is supported by state-of-the-art high-pressure technology and specially developed CAR CARE products for optimal results.
