Clean Energy adds two TotalEnergies executives to Board of Directors
Appointments bring expertise in renewable fuels and global energy markets.
Clean Energy Fuels Corp. has announced the appointment of Marc de Guilhem de Lataillade and Aimeric Ramadier to its Board of Directors. The two executives from TotalEnergies will replace outgoing directors Karine Boissy-Rousseau and Mathieu Soulas, who had served on the board since 2021 and 2023 respectively.
Marc de Guilhem de Lataillade is Vice President of Biogas within TotalEnergies’ Gas, Renewables & Power division, while Aimeric Ramadier, who previously led strategy and supply for the company’s Marketing & Services division, was recently named senior representative USA.
“Marc and Aimeric both bring a wealth of experience in renewable fuels and global energy markets that align strongly with our mission to decarbonize transportation,” said Stephen Scully, Chairman of the Clean Energy Board. “Their understanding of the industry will be invaluable as we continue to build momentum in the renewable natural gas (RNG) market domestically.”
In a statement, de Guilhem de Lataillade highlighted the alignment between Clean Energy’s leadership in renewable natural gas and TotalEnergies’ decarbonization strategy. “I’m pleased to join Clean Energy’s Board of Directors at such a critical time for renewable fuels in transportation,” he said.
Ramadier emphasized the importance of accelerating low-carbon fuel deployment in North America. “I’m proud to have the opportunity to contribute to Clean Energy’s growth strategy and help scale and accelerate the deployment of low-carbon fuels in North AMerica,” he noted, adding that he looks forward to bringing a global perspective to support the company’s mission.
The appointments further strengthen Clean Energy’s collaboration with TotalEnergies as the company continues expanding its role in the renewable fuels sector.
