Emarat expands partnership with LS Retail across stations

The new agreement extends the software platform powering retail and forecourt operations.

Emarat has renewed and expanded its partnership with LS Retail, selecting the company’s unified software platform to support a broader range of services across its next‑generation service stations. The agreement was signed at Emarat’s Dubai headquarters and builds on several years of collaboration between the two organisations.

The new deal extends the system’s role to additional areas, including payment management, analytics and customer‑experience tools for forecourt operations. According to the company, the investment aligns with Emarat’s wider strategy to modernise customer journeys and integrate digital systems across its stations.

Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Chief Retail Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Emarat, said: “At Emarat, customer experience is not a layer added at the end, it is the operating principle behind how we design our service stations, our retail offer, and our everyday service standards. Expanding our partnership with LS Retail strengthens the foundation for faster, more consistent, and more intuitive customer journeys across our network.”

LS Central, the software platform at the core of the agreement, is designed to unify forecourt operations, retail and food service under a single system. LS Retail said the technology will help Emarat advance its long‑term goals for the “service station of the future.”

The partnership comes as fuel retailers across the region accelerate digital transformation and expand new mobility services.
