ENOC Group launches two new service stations in Dubai
The openings have increased the brand’s retail footprint up to 131 locations in the city and to 176 throughout the UAE.
ENOC Group announced the opening of two new service stations in Dubai’s International City. As part of the company’s commitment to reinforcing the United Arab Emirate’s retail infrastructure, these additions increased the number of retail sites in the city to 131 and 176 across the UAE.
The first station is strategically located in International City Phase 2 area, while the second station is set on the busy International Pavilion area. Both locations aim to cater to the fuelling needs of the residential community as well as neighbouring communities of Al Warsan, Dubai Silicon Oasis Al Warqaa and Academic City.
“Our retail expansion plans are a part of ENOC’s overarching strategy to cater to the growing demand for fuel across the UAE. Our teams are working together identifying key locations that present an opportunity to build service stations to meet the community’s demand for fuel while offering easy and convenient access to automotive and other consumer services,” said Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO at ENOC.
The service station in International City - Pavilion area spans around 15,000 sq. ft. featuring a bridged canopy with two dispenser islands and four dispensers. It is equipped with four double wall fuel tanks with a capacity of 15,000 imperial gallons, a green room for vapour recovery to reduce emissions during fuel storage and refuelling vehicles as well as a ZOOM convenience store.
The Warsan service station is spread across 32,000 sq. ft. and comprises a bridged canopy with four dispenser islands and eight dispensers, six double wall fuel tanks with a capacity of 12,000 imperial gallons and a vapour recovery enclosure. It features the home-grown C-store ZOOM as well as a drive-thru restaurant.
In line with global best practice for the retail fuel industry, both service stations feature full retail automation and modern construction standards and are equipped with CCTV surveillance and automatic number plate detection cameras to ensure the highest levels of security.
